Jeff Smith
Principal
Jeff is the principal consultant of ebersmith coaching & consulting, where he leads client engagements and develops new resources for nonprofit leaders. He brings extensive nonprofit sector experience, with a focus on board development, strategic planning, and grant management systems.
A BoardSource®-certified consultant and certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, Jeff combines innovative methodologies with proven practices to help organizations unlock their full potential. His perspective from working on both the nonprofit and grantmaker sides equips organizations to build strong foundations for sustainable growth and measurable impact.
Brian Ebersole
Principal
Brian brings 20+ years across healthcare, government, education, and nonprofit settings. He currently serves as Vice President of Academic Affairs and Associate Designated Institutional Official at The Wright Centers for Community Health and Graduate Medical Education, providing administrative and program leadership across educational partnerships and new initiatives.
He has also held senior leadership roles advancing health innovation and strengthening community partnerships. At ebersmith coaching & consulting, Brian contributes on projects aligned with his strengths in strategy, healthcare delivery, communications, and community partnerships, adding a systems-level perspective that complements our focus on mission-driven efficiency.
